مِلك (MELLK AI) منصة عقارية في مصر، متاحة عبر التطبيق والموقع mellkai.com.
البيانات اللي بنجمعها
بيانات الحساب: الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني وطريقة تسجيل الدخول واللغة. وبيانات التفضيلات والطلبات اللي بتسجّلها بنفسك داخل التطبيق، ورسائلك للدعم، وبيانات الجهاز والاستخدام، والموقع لو سمحت بيه.
استخدامنا للبيانات
بنستخدم بياناتك لإنشاء حسابك وتأمينه، وعرض المشروعات والوحدات، وتنفيذ طلباتك وحجوزاتك، وإرسال رسائل الخدمة، ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام، والالتزام بالقانون. التسويق بيتم بموافقتك فقط، وتقدر تسحبها في أي وقت.
رسائل واتساب
بنبعتلك عبر منصة واتساب للأعمال (WhatsApp Business Platform) أكواد تسجيل الدخول ورابط التطبيق اللي تطلبه.
رقم هاتفك بتعالجه شركة Meta علشان توصّل الرسائل دي.
لإيقاف الرسائل، ردّ بكلمة «إيقاف» أو STOP، أو تواصل معانا على support@mellkai.com.
مشاركة البيانات
بنشارك بياناتك فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمات اللازمين لتشغيل الخدمة، ومع الجهات الرسمية لما القانون يطلب ده. مش بنبيع بياناتك الشخصية.
حقوقك
تقدر تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، وتقدر تسحب موافقتك في أي وقت، وتعترض على المعالجة بما فيها التسويق المباشر. لطلب أي حق منهم راسلنا على support@mellkai.com.
طلب حذف البيانات
من التطبيق: افتح الإعدادات واختار «إغلاق الحساب وبياناتي»، وبعدها اكتب كلمة التأكيد.
لو مش قادر تدخل حسابك: ابعتلنا على support@mellkai.com من البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المسجّل بحسابك، واكتب في العنوان «حذف حسابي». ممكن نطلب منك تأكيد هويتك.
لما تقفل حسابك بنمسح رقم هاتفك وبريدك وكلمة السر، وبنستبدل اسمك بـ«مستخدم محذوف»، وبنمسح صورتك ونبذتك، وبنقفل كل جلسات الدخول. سجلات الصفقات والحجوزات والمدفوعات والموافقات بتفضل محفوظة المدة اللي القانون بيطلبها من غير ما تكون مربوطة باسمك أو بيانات التواصل بتاعتك.

Who we are
MELLK AI is a real-estate platform in Egypt, available through the app and the website mellkai.com.
Data we collect
Account data: name, phone number, email, sign-in method and language. Also the preferences and requests you enter in the app, your messages to support, device and usage data, and location only if you allow it.
How we use data
We use your data to create and secure your account, show projects and units, process your requests and bookings, send service messages, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law. Marketing is sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
WhatsApp messages
We send you login codes and the app link you request through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Your phone number is processed by Meta to deliver these messages.
To stop receiving them, reply STOP or «إيقاف», or contact us at support@mellkai.com.
Sharing
We share your data only with service providers needed to run the service, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, and object to processing, including direct marketing. To exercise a right, write to support@mellkai.com.
Requesting data deletion
In the app: open Settings, choose "Close account and my data", then type the confirmation word.
If you cannot sign in: email support@mellkai.com from the email address or phone number registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm your identity.
When you close your account we remove your phone number, email and password, replace your name with "Deleted User", remove your photo and bio, and end all sign-in sessions. Records of deals, bookings, payments and consents are kept for the period the law requires, without being linked to your name or contact details.
